When you participate in a ship-to-store order, you can expect to make an average of 37% of your usual profit (but more often closer to 40% or above), plus a customer in your store, which often leads to additional sales, at your full profit margin. ' Where do the fees go? The 9.5% + $1.29 per shipment service fee, which Shopatron collects on every order, helps pay for the many services that Shopatron provides. Shopatron guarantees the consumer payment with fraud protection, offers 24/7 customer service support and handles communication with the consumer, including returns, all in addition to providing the service of connecting consumer sales on the Robert Kaufman site to your store. % Why is the profit smaller in Ship-to-Store?
