13 How It Works - In-Store Pick-Up Consumer orders placed on the Robert Kaufman website, picked up in YOUR store. 1 Consumer Places Order In a special precut section, consumers can add precuts to cart and checkout through a Shopatron interface, which collects the consumer's payment. 2 Consumer Selects Retailer During checkout, the consumer indicates that they'd like to pick the order up in store and chooses their preferred store from a list of Robert Kaufman retailers located near them. 3 Retailer Is Notified of Order Shopatron notifies the selected store of the order through the Shopatron system (and/or via contact info provided by Robert Kaufman for that store, depending on whether the store is signed up on the Shopatron system yet or not). 6 Order Ready for Pick-Up When the product arrives at the store, Shopatron notifies the consumer that the order is ready to be picked up, and the consumer has 30 days to come into the store to collect their order. 5 RK Ships Product to Store Upon receiving the order from Shopatron for the product which the consumer ordered, Robert Kaufman ships the product(s) to the store with a Shopatron packing list referencing the consumer order. Shopatron continues to notify the store that the product is coming from Robert Kaufman and the consumer will be coming in to pick it up. 4a Retailer Confirms Stock If the retailer has the product(s) in stock, they confirm so in the Shopatron system and prep the order for consumer pick-up, and Shopatron notifies the consumer that the order is ready for pick-up. 4b -OR- No Stock Is Confirmed If the retailer has not yet joined Shopatron &/or if they do not have stock of the product(s) ordered, Shopatron notifies Robert Kaufman of the order. Shopatron also notifies the consumer that the order will be ready for pick-up in approximately 7-10 days. -OR- 7 Shopatron Pays Store Every week, Shopatron issues payments to participating stores for orders fulfilled within the previous week.
