"I love the new Kona® Color of the Year, Tiger Lily - not just
because I love flowers, but also because the color
is simply a beautiful, rich orange. The color provoked
memories of these flowers in our home, which made me
think of log cabin quilts. I love experimenting with
log cabins and color, and this was a perfect opportunity
to play with little bits of green and gold to accent
the dominant Tiger Lily color. Additionally, I quilted a
tiger and lilies, since I love a good play on words!"
