12 How It Works - Ship to Consumer Consumer orders placed on the Robert Kaufman website, fulfilled by our retailers (YOU). 7 " # Consumer Places Order on RobertKaufman.com In a special precut section, consumers can add precuts to cart and checkout through a Shopatron interface, which collects their payment. The Order Is Posted to the Shopatron Order Exchange If the consumer orders the product to be shipped to their home, the order appears on Shopatron's system. Stores can see that order, and if they have the product, they can request to fulfill it. The Order Is Assigned to the Closest Store At 10:30am Pacific Time after the order was placed, the Shopatron system determines which of the retailers who requested to fulfill the order is located nearest to the consumer, and the order is assigned to that store. The Assigned Store Ships the Order to the Consumer Shopatron notifies the assigned store through the Shopatron system (and/or email, depending on the store's email notification preferences) and provides a turnkey packing slip and directions to ship the product to the consumer. & Shopatron Issues Consumer Payment to Store Every week, Shopatron issues payments to participating stores for orders fulfilled within the previous week, minus a service fee of 9.5% + $1.29/shipment, which Shopatron retains.
