Rick's Sunflower Heaven

My very favorite things (besides family!) in
North Dakota are the sunflower fields. I was
just in awe at the never-ending beauty
of the fields. Greg's brother, Rick, took
me on a tour of them and told me all
about planting and harvesting, and
the weevils that were a common pest
to the sunflowers. Ever since then,
Greg plants a few sunflowers each
spring so I can see them every day and
think of Rick and that first trip to North Dakota.
